Speaking of "pinned to the top of the page", I inadvertently unpinned the "Guidelines" in my hot rod forums link (customs guidelines are still pinned). So how does one repin something? Thanks!
open the post you would like to pin, click the down arrow near the "thread tools" just above and to the right of the first post and check the box for "sticky"
It's appreciated, and should be, especially by anyone who's searching for specific information on the site. It goes quicker if you don't have to remember how to "correctly misspell" a certain search term.
You answered this, but my issue is with the mobile app. Interestingly enough, it's pinned on my laptop when I get into the website, but on my phone I just can't figure how to get it to show up in the "Announcement and Stickies" section at the top of the page... thanks in advance!
You're a glutton for endless frustration. The old dogs didn't get it in grade school, you think you can teach them a new trick now? "No what I meen " But if by some miracle you are successful, could then you do the proper usage of "then" and "than" and sell, sale, and sail.
the app does not always do everything as well as a desktop computer does..... how about when you view it on the browser on your phone? (safari or google, not the app)
that one is a pet peeve of mine, since when are the words sale and sell interchangeable ??? that is some of the most hillbilly / illiterate crap I have ever heard in my life....
Yep, it's there if I open the website on my phone thru The Google. So if I need it, I can get to it should I need a review of the rules. It's just strange that I can't re-pin it on the app itself. So it's not the end of the world....
One of these days this Hillbilly Redneck Neanderthal is going to get a boat by hook or crook and I'm going to BUY it BY the time I'm 70 years old and hope it's on SALE then I can afford to SAIL it before I get tired of owning a boat and sell it. HRP
