Wonder how you could verify the signature?

    Seems a bit pricey.

I have a PAIR that I'll sign and send to you for half that price.

Sent from my iPad using H.A.M.B.

  4. I'd be using that EBay money back guarantee and PayPal.

Wonder if I can get a few grand for this

Thomas Edison tried to take credit for it but Einstein told him to STFU.

This is my [calculation] guestimate using Canada Post, from Kelowna to Hawaii. As I don't exact measurements or weight I used international shipping citing 4lb weight, measuring 20cm x 60cm x 15cm. There is a maximum size (Girth) that needs to be taken into consideration when shipping but that is ridiculous. I buy those swamp coolers and freight to here is approx. $USD100.00. Have you sent an e-mail to seller to source alternative pricing, I'm sure there would be something more economical if you really want them. Just for giggles does it come with a certificate of authenticity as anyone could copy a signature and pass it off as authentic?

That's an old ebay listing trick used by some sellers to essentially escape paying a % of the item selling price to ebay (known as an ebay "sellers fee"). The seller here will hypothetically pay an ebay fee on the 99 cents and pocket the postage w/o incuring an ebay fee (vs. paying an ebay fee on $5200), as ebay does not leech on to postage and handling fees.
The seller is "using" ebay w/o paying a fee for the service they're using. It's like the seller that sells parts in the classifieds but insists you mark payments via Paypal as "family" so he doesn't incur a few percent use fee from Paypal. Again, using the providers service and weaseling out of paying the fee.

people ised to do this all the time...... $1 for a $100 item with $99 for shipping back when ebay didnt charge fees on the shipping cost......ebay got wise to that so that trick is over.......as for wanting that much for it......george barris signed more autographs than mickey mantle, ted williams, hank aaron and reggie jackson combined!
