I just bought two new 97,s for my Flathead and curious if I need to run a fuel block or can I run them connected through a banjo style fitting?
    Thanks

I used the banjo fittings and ran hose between them...it seems like a cleaner way to go...depending on your linkage you may have to extend the fittings out for clearance. I even used a banjo fitting with a fuel gauge port on it so I can see it from the driver's seat.

See picture for how my 2 x 97s are connected.

Well boy I got the new carbs on, with new fuel pump, regulator and hose. Looks and runs pretty good right out of the box. They will need to be jetted down but other that im pretty happy.
