  1. I really enjoyed and appreciated the time I spent with Eric as he is so busy. Going to Bobs with him was very special as it brought this thread to life. Ilove this pic Mrs W took at Bobs.:cool::D JW

Just went through my contacts and I don't see it. Message me please.

I try to make LARS and GNRS every year. Work and family tend to change my plans more than I'd like to admit, but if you're going to be there so will I!

  6. Eric, can you at some point give me the dates for LARS 2019? Cheers, JW

Here's my dad's (Rod Jones) '27 T that he built in my grandfather's farm shop in the 1960's. It would be the 1st of many hot rods he would build and also race. It was powered by a 426 max wedge. I believe he is 18 years old in this photo, taken on the farm in LaGrande, Oregon.

Howdy fellas. Today was a momentous day, the roadster came home.

First time the car has been outside in 5 years.

Nothing much to report, but the car is home which means I'll get a lot more done on it. Being able to walk out in the garage and work for 5 or 90 minutes helps a lot.

  16. Very cool indeed, Eric. That means its no longer at Bobs. Many questions to ask but the main one is....does it go?? Lack of headers, maybe not.:cool::cool::D JW

You know, I've been so busy I haven't really given it much thought. Had to clear a bunch of stuff out of the garage to get the car in Thursday, went back to work and still have stuff all over the driveway!

Once I get things settled down it will probably excite me a lot more. Been so busy lately I feel like I can't get ahead.

Oh yeah, I took last week off to go to SEMA too, so I've been trying to get work done from last week too, LOL.

  20. And here I was thinking there was more room in that pic than there was with the other Roadster but if there is still stuff to go back in....... time for the new shop.:D JW

Yeah, I pulled a bunch of furniture out that's still in driveway today. Need to have a yard sale!

That's a bet you'll probably win! I've been SLAMMED with work and haven't touched the roadster.

Did Bob do a video of your build? I have almost worn out the ones I have! Nice car. Loved reading your posts.

  28. Happy New year, Eric. I hope this year is a good one work wise but allows enough time to make progress on the Roadster and you two can be summer cruising this year.:D JW
    P.S. Just a teaser from January 1st.

An update on what’s going on or not going on would be good Eric ;)
I’m also saying happy new year and I hope you will have a good 2018 that sees you complete the T and maybe you can even get that new shop built.
