If I remember correctly, this is a recent build documented in the pages of Hot Rod Deluxe, maybe 4-6 years ago. Had a nifty little feature about building a "Two Lane Blacktop" style scoop as one of the segments.
Loudbang, thanks for posting the photo of the "Short Time" '55 Chevy from The King Speed Shop. That was one of the local shops and some kool cars came out of there. There seems to be very little posted of Chicagoland cars so it's great seeing Short Time at US30 in Indiana.
