Holman-Moody cast those cases for off shore boat racing, probably used them on 427 FE’s. I bet that C’6HM 9100 MU1 number is a Holman-Moody p/n.
Check out the top, it was originally machined for two 4160 Holleys mounted right on it and later somebody drilled and tapped it for a Weiand (most likely) 2-4 adapter

What's going on with this blower?
Looks like a 871 with the rotors moved to the front.
And is that a belt idler pivot on the front drive cover?

  11. That's Ohio George's Willys before the Ford SOHC. George always ran a pruned 6-71 to save weight. Yes, that is the idler arm pivot. George eventually got with Pete Robinson, another weight conscious guy, and they made magnesium pruned blowers.

The Bones, Dubach & Pisano ‘33 Willys with it’s distinctive injector scoop. Looks just like the scoop first seen on the Speed Sport Roadster and later also used by the Greek. Karamesines had ties to the Speed Sport gang through Don Maynard and Joe Bush.
BTW, I always considered Maynard the Austin Coil or Dale Armstrong of his era.

  17. Gary Dubach's 33 was my favorite gasser. Gary was a fan of the Greek, hence the Speed Sport scoop by Red Greth, and the Chizler too lettering on the front. I think the Scoop Red designed and made in 1957 is the best scoop ever done. A few years ago I was fortunate enough to have Red lay one up for me in the original mold. My RPU wears it with pride!
