1959 Edsel Villager. Six passenger wagon with original 6 cyl motor and 3 on the tree. it runs, drives, and stops very well. I put many miles on it this past summer. It does haves some bumps and bruises and it is not a show car. It is a nice driver. The interior is nice with no rips or tears in the seats. it could use a new carpet. Im working on the headliner now and i have the original mead board if you want it. I have a bunch of extra bits and bobs that will go with the car including new cargo decking if somebody wanted to take the interior back to original. The rear windows dont go down as far as they should... it just needs some new window channel. i just put four brand new radial white wall tires on it. it will need a new battery. pass side rear axle seal needs to be replaced but i have a bunch of those to include (just havent gotten around to it). The tailgate and the rear window open and shut as they should and are in very good shape. one of the previous owners did some body work but didnt get a great color match in the lower front fenders and the lower rear quarters. the inner rockers are not in good shape. which leads me to believe that the outer rockers have been worked over... but they are holding up nicely. all of the glass is good, the chrome is driver quality and the stainless is nice. it could use some parking light housings too... those are availabe through macs as are tons of other edsel parts. im sure i forgot something. if youre interested pm and i would love to chat some more.
