I am in search of dimensional drawings or photos with dimensions of the location for the convertible top frame mounts in the quarters on a 34 Ford Roadster . Can anyone give me some ideas.....

  2. Stock Ford bodies had two threaded bosses in the quarter that the irons bolt to. Are you working with original irons? glass body? If you have a glass body, you may have to fab something in the quarter. How about a pic of what you have???

So far it's just been conversation . I have not seen the car . It is a glass body . Who's body it is, is unknown. What I've been told is that the inside 1/4's are finished glass with no mount points visible . I'm expecting photos soon or even seeing the car , better yet .I can't imagine that a manufacturer would build a body with no accommodations for a top.
