    You are right Bill. They are pretty darn close. It`s amazing how a one inch more of a chop will change the looks of a car. Scan0520.jpg This is before Jack Walker bought the car from the original owner that had Doug build it.

    Looks like Jims post of the Pontillac from Wehrs has "door edge guard" running the length of the new body line?? Not in the pic I originally posted.

    Found some Kustoms in a 1978 December Street Rodder I was flipping through from the looks of things this is kind of the point when they started coming back around a few at a time....[​IMG][​IMG]this Magazine also has a good article on chopping the top on a 47 Plymouth Club Coupe if any ones interested....
    This next car isn't a Kustom but I always thought it was Kool plus it's got a blown 455 for power...[​IMG]
