A few from my home town racine wi for the bike pics. I moved just out of town a few years back. Just 1/2 mile down the road is were the stock cars were built at norm nelsons shop. The shop is still there. View attachment 3717207

here are some pics of the milwaukee pirates. Back in the day the road captains carried the guns; money or drugs. You didnt mess with guys like this. Today the road captain picks out which dairy queen to stop at. Times have changed. Just to be able to ride one of these old bike you had to be a lot tougher than the push button crowd. If you have ever riden one you know.

Three kenosha farmers taking a ride to shell lake wi. The guy in the middle who gave me the pick said they rode up there after milking the cows in the morning. Their father said have fun just be back in time to milk tonight.

Code Two will be on Turner Classic Movies on November 21st at 11:30 AM Eastern. The theater manager must have been trying to promote the motorcycle angle of the film; wonder what happened when all those bikers found out they were watching a movie about L.A.P.D. motorcycle cops? Still a good B-picture with a lot of old cop bikes, plus you get a fight scene between '50s badasses Ralph Meeker and William Campbell!
