Customs mirror with a spot light?

what is this spot light/ mirror combo? factory or after market?

 

Depends on the brand. If it says GM or Guide, it's a factory option. If it says Appleton or Unity, or some other name, than it's aftermarket.

i really don't like dummy spots but for some reason this really intrigues me and it fits that "style" car.
