While driving back from a breakfast in Delavan today with several friends I spotted this beautiful (to me) Oldsmobile Bubble Top and wanted to share.
Was tough getting pictures as it is on a busy traffic corner, but you still can see the beautiful lines of it.
    I think it is a 1961.
    Enjoy,

Just think how good that Bubbletop will look after being dropped a few inches along with decent wheels and tires.

IMG_3876.JPG I remember when those came out in 61 that I didn't much like them but I was 15 then. The 61 Pontiac Catalina Ventura that is almost the same body as that 88 is what spun my wheels then.
This one is a dead ringer for one that I stared at though the showroom window at the Pontiac dealer in Auburn Wa in late 1960 or early 1961. Same Honduras Maroon with the Ventura interior.

Deserving of a full sizer! No questioning the spaceship influence here.

  29. Poverty caps! Lowered like Gman said, with widened steelies out back would be enough for me. Always liked the look, never had the right car for it.
