finally back building my chevy II powered one-man-modified with Weber side drafts mounted on a dugan head; hand built header and side pipe. S10 5 speed, V8 quick change, schroeder sprint box steering and a Bell wheel. 5 gallon gas tank tucked into the rear quarters hoping to be able to go 50 miles this is not a long distance cruiser! This is my version of the old time lakes race car. Hope you like it! It's about time, I wondered what happened to this build. I saved an earlier picture in my roadster files. Love it!
Looking good Ron! Those wheels look familiar! Haha they look great on it! Can't wait to see more updates on your build!
That looks great. I like the springs and the overall proportions, great lines! That engine should move it well.
Your on to something. Whats the front suspension? love the overall look. how low does it sit off the jacks?
Its great to see this back up again. I had saved pictures on my old computer from years ago. Love the "out of the box" thinking. Now get your arse in gear and get it finished!! Cheers, Stewart.
I love the quarter eliptic springs at all 4 corners! very interested to see driving dynamics when you start testing as I'm considering that for a larger, 2-seat build...
