Reply's not accepted

Can anyone explain what "you have insufficient privileges to reply here" actually means? Been an ebayer for 7 years with a 100% rating, but am not getting through on potential purchases on this site. Thanks!

 

Your e-bay rating doesn't have anything to do with it,no one can reply to the classifieds,you have to send them a conversation,that's the way it works here. HRP

What is an ebayer? Is that a misspelled word for a person who frequents the website egay?

Ebay has nothing to do with this site. No one can reply to a classified ad.
You need to start a conversation with the seller.
