Technical How Long is a 1935-40 FORD Frame?

    Got to pick up a bare Ford Frame for my '39 pickup project, how long are they? Dump truck or should we hook up the trailer? Thanks!

    Bare frame will ride easily in back of a pickup. See attached. A freshly powdercoated 36 Ford frame in my truck, the 36 Fordy.

  5. I'd take a trailer; you never know what you'll find and you may need to put something extra in the truck's bed. Just sayin'

    You did notice there are '35 -'40 frame(s) on the trailer.

    This is Wescott's frame drawing that is referenced here once in a while. Looks like it is an fairly easy carry.
