DSCF0081.JPG I've always thought it would be nice to have a black '54 Chevy Sedan Delivery. I really should have more to start with, that is why the door is in the classified section.

Well, if I ever figure out how to post pics, I will get some up. But, I've intentionally avoided learning how; I already spend enough (too much!) time online, and I'd never get anything else done. Butternut yellow 1956 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery, Cragar SS wheels, 300HP 327 (started life out as), Muncie 4 speed, and the real killer for the street, a 4.88 geared Positraction rear end with slapper bar type traction bars. Old school black interior with 1969 Chevelle SS bucket seats, and an old black and white faced, 8 grand, Sun tachometer on the dash.. That tach has't seen 8 grand yet, but it hits 7 grand fairly easily. This is the FOURTH Chevrolet Sedan Delivery I've had; THREE 56's, and a 57. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

My '37 delivery was my introduction to this site when a friend said he had seen a pic of it here.

It's for your delivery project! Projects have been started with headers only so you have a good starting point.

IMG_3020.jpg My 1938 American Bantam Sedan Delivery back in 1968. I had red hair back then and my little brother-in-law is now 6'2" and 59 years old. I worked on it hot and heavy in the early 70s and then for some reason pushed it in the back of the garage where it became a shelf. Owned it 32 years and sold it to get my '32. I think it had something to do with invisioning driving 70 MPH in a 75" wheelbase car.
