If I understand correctly, iPhoto is kind of outdated and no longer supported. If you're using Windows you should be able to access your image files in Windows Explorer and upload them from there. I don't know what the equivalent tool would be on a Mac. Maybe you just need to install a different and more current image browser. Newer model digital cameras often included one with their software. There's also a FREE image browser called IrfanView that you might consider. http://www.irfanview.com/ It's nothing flashy but fairly powerful, opens and works very quickly, and allows for some basic editing. There's a little learning curve for some of the features but it works very quickly for things like resizing a large batch of images for uploading online.
If you do a google search for iphoto there's a bunch of info about it and how to update to a newer software on a Mac or iPhone (?) Here's another free and very capable program for organizing and editing photos. You can also batch convert photos in size or name etc, or one at a time. Does screen captures, too....very handy. http://www.faststone.org/ it's the first one in the list.

With an iPhone,...it's taken a couple of trips to the IPHONESTORE to figure out this bloody delicate, touchy, way small phone ,& its symbols/ icons in addition to the helpful tutorial , to get thru to posting photos.!! The link works fine as long as you weren't expecting it open in the thread like an image file. As a matter of fact I'm not even sure I knew that you could upload a PDF file to your post and click to open it in Acrobat Reader. This would be pretty handy if you were wanting to share documents that were mostly text based.
Testing Awesome, that full images can be uploaded. Especially considering the Pissbucket dilemma many are in. Is there a way to post full images on GarageJournal?
Is anyone having trouble posting from your Hamb albums? I post the photo and can see it,but I was told all they see is and no photo,I logged off and looked and their right. If I download the image to my PC then I can post the photo,What the heck am I doing wrong? HRP
