    You guys ran stuff like that on the street? When I think traction bars I remember them as 2' of square tubing with a couple of u bolts and a rubber stop. I am not really tech savvy on racing suspension.
    That Chevy is obviously a serious strip car. Has that tech been superseded by a different more compact system? Really never noticed bars that long. That looks like a pretty old pic. Thanks Dan.

  13. He's got fenderwell exit headers so they aren't pipes. Probably just trying something different, didn't have the HAMB to tell him which way to turn the bolts, or how long his bars should be.

    DAMN STOGY... Do you work for Hot Rod Magazine in charge of photo archives? You actually have time to search for these vintage photos online? Where do you have access to these AWESOME photographs??? This thread is so great that I grabbed some photos to use as wallpaper!

    Most I've right click saved but I constantly source from web always digging for seldom seen related material. I am in transition of jobs so I do have a bit more time than average as well. Glad your enjoying them. Thanks 31...;)
