    I sure hope he brings it to Indy next year.

    Sonny's Dodge was really the inspiration car for my '64 Pontiac if you can believe that. Reading the article in Classic and Custom (thanks for the one fro 1001 R&C Ideas rudestude, I hadn't seen that one before) and all the different cars he gathered parts from to build such a cohesive design really opened my eyes on customizing. I immediately got on the hunt for T-bird seats for my interior and thinking what parts I could use for grille and such. Over 30 years later, I'm still stuck figuring out a grille, but I keep after it. LOL

    A guy from Auburn Nebraska had a guy from Omaha build it. He was taking too long, so the owner lied and said he was moving and needed the car done. It was done in around 90 or so. He later sold it around 97 to a guy from Des Moines Iowa. Who still has it today unchanged.
