Up for sale is my 1953 Ford F100 survivor pickup. This truck was originally the Modern Motors shop truck from Calgary Alberta. When I got it, it was just a rolling shell. It's lowered 8" front and back. Has a 1958 F100 front axle, hubs, and brakes. Rearend is a 1958 F100 9" rearend with 3.25 ratio. 15" rims with 6.70-15 firestones and 51 packard hubcaps. Drivetrain is a 1962 Oldsmobile 394 Rocket with a "Slim Jim" hydromatic. The body is original paint. It has dings, dents, and looks exactly the same if it's clean or dirty. Mercury tailgate. Custom roll pan with frenched 50 Ford taillights. The front left cab corner is rusted out, but otherwise it's very solid. The floor pans, inner fenders, rad support and frame rails were all painted with Por15 5 years ago. The interior has a white pleated seat, chrome steering column, 50 Ford car steering wheel, and new loop pile carpet and underlay. It still needs a headliner window fuzzies, and kick panels. Has aftermarket oil pressure and temp gauge. Factory gas gauge works. All dash lights work. Vintage Sun tach mounted to the column. Factory 3 on the tree linkage converted to automatic column shift. 1958 F100 pedal assembly, with a clutch pedal and linkage, because I planned on eventually putting a 4 speed in it. 5 years ago I rewired the entire truck, rebuilt all the brakes, new brake lines, new fuel tank, sending unit, and fuel lines. New heater core and heater motor. In the last year the rearend has been gone through, recored radiator, new battery, new wheel seals front and back. New dual straight pipes new rad hoses. It's a great truck. Still a project and does need some attention to a few things, but has been my on and off again daily driver for 5 years. $15,000. Located in Victoria BC.
