Hello all, I am looking for a replacement front parking brake cable for a 1950 Mercury coupe. Mine was broken when I got the car. I have searched the internet for reproduction and have not found a suitable replacement. Be for I have a custom one made I thought I would ask if anybody knows of a vendor or of retrofit cable. Maybe early ford I just haven’t seen any cross reference anywhere. Thanks In Advance, Jeff
OM-2853 is the part number. I see them now and then on flea-pay but the seller I last saw was not using the part number. He just lists them and either front of rear 50/51 Mercury Ebrake cable. The seller is out of Canada and is selling off a large supply of E-brake cables. His feed back seems to be very good.
