These are used and have light oxidation darkening and look like mag as is. This set is the early version of the die-cast spinners from late 64-early 65 with the open square shaped spokes and inset M/T logo and cast in threaded studs. There is some wear on some of the first couple threads on the studs otherwise just shy of mint. This is for an exact set of four matching ones as there are several versions . I saw some posts hunting the crossflag sandcastings, these are similar but mine only have the M/T logo centered in the spinners. Spinners only, sorry I do not have a set of base caps but these will mount on top of most caps out there or there was an Ebay guy selling repop bases. $300 shipped in the lower 48 Call three three zero eight four four six three seven zero I'm not around much for emails etc.
