Hi new here in Tulsa, Doc71

Barn find has no rear brake drums. 1963 F-100. Bought drums and can't get them on. Backed off adjustment wheel back to zero, started tapping drum on. Then realized the wheel probably won't turn because of being so tight. Help me guys
