Hot Rods Which camp do you fall in?

I'm curious as to which scenario best describes the average HAMB'er:
    1) You got 1 car. Only 1. You keep it until you get bored/tired/etc, then you sell it & put that money into another car.
    2) You got 2, 3, 4 cars on your property at all times. Maybe rotate them out, maybe never finish them, but you always have a few cars.
    3) You buy and never sell. Folks mistake your barn for a museum, or your property for an auto graveyard - literally. But you don't sell nuthin'.

So which one are you, and why? (Or maybe you're in a camp I didn't describe?)

2 for sure, whether I finish one (let me clarify, finish to me is running great and looking good, but rarely a fully painted/interiored car) or sell one, I have to have something to walk by and change my mind about, at least 30 times a week;)

But never sold a vehicle to buy another one, only to help me out during tough times.

Shit, now I'm remembering all the one's I wish I still had...

I build cars and stack them in my shop like firewood when they are done.

  11. Ha, I haven't had only one car since 1972. Usually 5 or 6 but as many as 18 at one time. Down to 13 right now since I just sold one.

I'm a 1 with a touch of 2. I usually sell my car within months of finishing them. Show them off a bit, few cruise nights and I'm ready to start a new project. Not wealthy so have to sell to finance the next. Touch of 2 since I usually have 1 or 2 project sitting waiting their turn, been getting better about that, have had way to many "waiting their turn".
Been thinking real hard that the reality of old age is setting in, not sure how many builds I have left in me so maybe I need to start deciding on a "keeper".
    I'd love to be a 3.

Always 1. Have had as many as 3, but can only drive one at a time...plus my time is spread thin enough as it is, with more than one I can't get to them all

Um... 1.5? I build one, drive it for 4-5 years, then buy a project to build. When its about done, I sell the first one. Repeat.

Of course, there is the wife's daily driver, and my winter ride, so maybe I am a 2. Gene
