Ya know it just so happens that my roadster has an 11" clutch in it too. It seems to work fine but this is my first go around so I don't know any better, haha!

Hey Ben, I got some goodies today and I will have some time tomorrow to put it back together. Fingers crossed it'll be terrorizing the neighbors very soon.

Couldn't wait until tomorrow to put rotor in so I got to take the dizzy apart (again). Not my favorite but I didn't break anything.[IMG]

Got the running again tonite. . .
Seems to run great then it kinda falls on its face. I let it idle for a couple seconds then stab the gas and it responds. After a few more seconds, it stammered again. Any thoughts?

  12. Same thing with me... I'm trying the fuel pressure regulator. You said you have one, so just make sure it is near 2.5 psi

  13. Fuel pump pressure? Clogged fuel filter or maybe a stuck needle and seat.

  14. Check the filter for water

Test drive tonite. I made it to end of street and it barely made it home. Must get fuel pressure guage[IMG]a bit frustrating but still fun to drive!

A few more adjustments and test drives are yielding results. Sediment in fuel, one bad plug, and a kinked fuel line not helping the driveability. All that sorted and a bit more tuning has the roadstah running pretty sweet. [IMG][IMG]

  23. I love the looks of a roadster, and yours looks awesome! You're brave to actually do a burnout on asphalt with that rear end!

Haha Ben, the rear is the ONLY part I didn't completely disassemble and put back together so it has a fighting chance of staying together!

I gotta hook up my shifter, and it's almost time for "pinks" haha.
(I need to talk to Pete first and get some help re- calibrating the rhinostat on my jigulator.)
Glad you guys are ready to rock.

having rear tires with about 3.5" of "traditional" rubber to the road should work as a governor...
instead of pinks maybe the winner gets to use the other guys rod for a day... NO BURNOUTS.
