Selling my 46 only due to the fact that I'm buying another car. Would keep this car if I had the room for it. Out of all the cars I have built, this car is one of my all time favorites. This car started out as a rust free southwest Texas car that I bought from a older guy that was heavily involved in the early v8 ford club of America. He totally did a frame off restoration using NOS parts were needed. Trailered the car all over the states, winning 15 Dearborn awards. He decided to sell the car because he could not drive all his cars in his collection. I bought the car and always wanted to build a period correct hot rod, and this car fit the bill. It has a totally rebuilt 283 chevy, with 2 rare carter 400 cfm carbs ect. adapted to the original trans using a Wilcap adaptor and merc clutch ect. There are too many details to mention, so if you have questions please call me. The car is a real pleasure to drive, and could drive anywhere. I put 2k miles on it this year. also has a custom fabricated exhaust system with porter mufflers, new coker bias ply looking radial, Sid's dropped axle, Posie's reversed eyed rear spring. Lebaron- Bonney interior, to mention some of the details. Asking 35k. Call 224-225-6003- or cell 615-521-0942 Mike.
