Thanks for the information. Is it not considered a town because of it's size?
I know many areas are small and only known to locals who live there.

Apparently it's considered to be a village within Middlefield, Ct. The residents seem to have cemeteries in their front yards.

Back in the 60's it seemed like every gas station you drove past has a drag car sitting out front.

I miss those day's more all the time.

I know this line has been used on here before, but to paraphrase my main man - Smokey Yunick - " I wasn't cheating, I just had a superior reading of the rules ".

I have always liked looking at these 5 thru 7 stockers. And really like the wagons. But my question again is....Where are they all at now???

    alphabet soup:
My guess is many are sitting in someones garage and are not for sale because of the memories attached to them.

I know that may sound crazy but I am one of those people and I have things I would never sell because each time I look at them I remember the good old day's and for me that's priceless!

And they may/may not even be the exact same memories as you have. But someone keeping close the honor of someone else's.

  29. Lamplighter Too belonged to a family member. It was sold to a guy in NJ in ready to race condition and he stripped it down and sent it to the crusher....unfortunately...
