I'm not good at this so I'm sorry in advance. my name is Aaron Roush I live in Durand IL. just west of Rockford . Now I don't know what to say. I feel like if I tell everyone what I have to prove myself a gearhead it sounds like I'm bragging or something. [IMG] Anyways I hope I don't turn out sounding like a dick. My car I'm trying to finish up is a 1954 chevy bel air flat black with flames and a red roof and chrome reverses. A 64 GMc shoertbed with a 396. Dune buggy an a couple of old minis. I've got a little collection of British bikes: A Triumph streettracker with a one peice Tracey body , Bsa bobber/chopper, A wicked little 500 triumph chopper done in 68 with a reverse head and a few more stockers. I try to collect anything cheap and old so I like to waste my money like all of us. I hope this was kosher. Thanks , Aaron

thank you all, I don't have pictures of the triumph on the computer sorry but it's an amazing peice of work. It's a 1965 500 motor bored .070 over to a 650 in a 1956 BSA Bantam frame strected 3 inches, home made sissy bar bates seat, metalic green with real gold leaf striping all over , 18 inch Avon drag slick home made Z bars It's called the " Touchy Toy" . Hard as hell to ride but worth it. I will some time post pictures if anyone wants to see it. Aaron

    Aaron,

Touchy Toy used to sit at P & G Cycle in Rockton, Illinois. I bought my first Norton there in 1979 and I always admired that bike.

Yes and I searched Touchy Toy and it appears to have been sold in 2009. Just adding a tidbit to the information trail if anyone ever tries to find more information on the bike. Besides, I'm old too!

Actually the "Touchy Toy" was built by Pete Oostendorp who co-owned P&G Cycle in South Beloit, IL with Gene Hollister. I know. he was my father. I have my 1970 Truimph Trophy 500 he built for me still. I wonder what ever happened to the Touchy Toy?
