The first radiator shell I started with fit hood awful. So I had this brookville one fit pretty good but no radiator cap hole. So this is what I did [IMG][IMG][IMG]

Nice addition. Cowl vent , radiator cap, Attention to detail like this makes the difference between something I walk by at a show and one I spend time admiring and a few frames shooting.

You may have said but I missed it if you did, do you have a color picked out?

use light pressure on the hood hold-downs as too much will warp the hood sides at

the top louvers to the rolls for the side hinge rods. happened to me!

End of the long weekend and just finished putting steering box and spare tires mount holes in my frame. I would like to thank my friend Dave for letting me get the locations off of his original frame. I also got the top tabs located and ready to weld on frame work. I would recommend anyone buying a new glass body to have that done before you buy it. [IMG][IMG]

Haven't been doing anything but little crap on this car. So nothing worth posting until now.

Started working on the top. Bought one of those universal top kits. With my surprise making one new piece and drilling a few holes. I don't think it looks bad[IMG][IMG][IMG]

I’ve been doing my least favorite job when building a car. Paint and body work. I have the whole car in the final blocking hopefully by next weekend I will have my buddy put color on it. [IMG]

What's the trick to be able to punch louvers in a your trunk lid, and not crack the fiberglass?

Thank for the kind words. Lol on the punching fiberglass it had an aluminum skin on the truck lid. I won’t do that again the next time I would use a steel trunk lid.

Here is a couple of pics with suspension [IMG][IMG]
