  2. One from a couple of years back. These are cool little cars. Another one that nobody has yet really done justice too as a custom. You´re lucky to find one of those in such good shape. Aussie import?

No, English through and through I've got it to take the place of the 38 for next years runs, as I'm spending next year doing body and paint (if I can come up with a colour I like). trouble is the daughter has claimed it for her first car so it looks like I will have to hang onto it when the rods done. (looks like I won't be getting onto building that Somerset anytime soon)
Must admit I do like your pic of the 57 that's how Vauxhall should have shaped them w.jpg

James D's version hits the mark. About the only way to pull the front and rear boxes into proportion with the top is to make it a 2-door coupe. As Bill Mitchell is supposed to have said,
"Styling a small car is like trying to tailor a dwarf!"

Peanut 1959's comment on my chopped version gave me a chuckle:
    "It's like a '50 Dodge and a '52 Ford had a baby" It's true!

    Anyway I had a go at the front. 53 Vaux 03.jpg 53 Vaux 06.jpg

  9. tapatalk_1498684377393.jpeg would someone like to lift the falcon a little over stock, with the front a bit higher? Just thinking of ways to do the falcon.

Looking for a couple of quick wheel and tire changes on my roadster trying to decide if I should pick up some chrome 16" steelies and blackwalls for some variety. Thanks in advance!

Bass's coupe is attached for the wheels and tires.
