Hot Rods 1953/54 Chevy Belair speedometer

Does anyone have the measurements for the speedometer housing or know if a belair speedometer housing will fit in a 53 chevy truck housing? I know the truck speedometers are about 5" but I cannot find any measurements for the belair. Any help is greatly appreciated!

The 54 car Speedo is smaller in diameter but it doesn't mean you can't make it work. Time to get creative.

Exactly! Looking to get creative with making one fit if it is possible. Yes, just looking for outside diameter.

 

The bezel has two steps. First one is 4 7/16 ths. Second is 4 13/16 ths. That's as close as I can read the the tiny scale.
