I thought the same Got there at 6:00 AM. Isles were wider than last year, that was nice, but then some vendor spots were partially being added in the middle of a isle. Lots of junk, but I did score a needed larger part for another project and a contact name for more crap I don't need.

I saw your sedan at the fairgrounds hangout, but you weren't around. And I didn't see you at the hotel at all.

My little brother had a huge cold over the weekend, so he and his pickup probably spent as much time sleeping as they did at the fairgrounds. He even missed the swap meet too.

There were some really cool cars there . If i was a local I would sure make it an annual pilgrimage to Robin lot to the meet and greet. Easy to find if you looked for the traditional cars in the middle of a vacant lot.

  10. The Kiwi could find it and the rest of you couldn't!?!?!?!??!?!?? HA!

My only purchase at the swap meet was a 1930 rail road tie nail...for $1.00. I had a list of parts i was looking for...but no luck. Oh well, Iola is in 2 weeks.

I bumped into kiwi 4D and his wife Mindy, they are awesome!!!

I was lovin' this Super Winfield head but didn't have enough Ben Franklins in my pocket to make a reasonable offer.

Great to see everyone at the meet and greet. Good to see Bob K up and around. Had a little trouble getting home, ignition system started crossfiring and had a good friend bring his trailer to the Mo. - Iowa border to get us home.

Wonder if they could try to split the lot with cars and car parts on one section and all the rest on the other side? Probably too much to ask.

The swap meet has turned into a flea market! When you see fiberglass horses in backs of pickups, dresses, and superhero dolls, you know it's gone downhill!
