Hey thanks. Ya I don't like 4 doors either but I couldn't pass it up. It's a lot of fun to drive, I love the style of the old pontiacs.

Trying to get the firewall cleaned up for a better paint job since the engines out. Whatever they used to paint it before it's really nasty.

Got the engine bay all down to bare metal and filled a few holes. Got some primer on it tonight.

Did you remove the front fenders to paint in the back corners?

Yes. The entire car was taken apart and painted before. I just wasn't happy with how the engine bay looked so i did it again while I had the engine out.

Progress has been slow. Been working on the bike and other stuff. Hopefully have it running this week.

Put your hood on for Christs Saykes! It's cold outside!

The car looks great! I like first picture with the background a little out of focus, it almost looks like a model or a Hot Wheels.

  26. Oh man - it's beautiful!!! Never having owned a '53-4 Chevy, yet, I always wondered if the grille bar could be swapped back and forth, with little latches or something. I love the extra teeth but I also love the '54 Pontiac grille bar and I thought......

Been enjoying cruising the car around lately. Hopefully get the front seat done this and all the other little things finished up before Syracuse.

It's coming up very quick. Time seems to go faster when you are trying to get a car finished up. I will look for the car it will be great to see it in person.
