Adding some chrome bits....I love peppered chrome!

Found an old chromed fuel pimp stand at the swap meet for 1$ last weekend.

Made a quick engine turned panel for the gauges, now I just have to mount it without using the stock tunnel.

It's a pretty good swap meet, one of the larger ones in mass for sure

I'll drink to that...:D Just a free hand run on the drill press Pete or did you use a straight edge to run the dash plate across to get the rows?

Still chugging along...lots left to do in a short amount of time.

I decided to just run the outer skin for the race because I don't have the trunk gutters installed yet. The gutters actually keep the lid from closing too far so I had to improvise.

I made a quick cross bar that screws to the lip of the quarters than a threaded standoff that the handle simply screws in to. The cross bar is there for the lid to rest on and a way for it to be locked in place.

Still have to make a fuel tank mount and secure the battery.

  24. I think the fuel tank mount and battery hold down look pretty spiffy.

There's always duck tape. It must be good stuff as I just found it under the bondo on the quarter panel on the cutlass Convertable I'm putting together for the summer. ( I think my neighbors heard me cuss when I uncovered it)
