SOLD..... Thanks to those who showed interest... 1961 Chevy C10 Panel. This truck has been my daily driver for the last 3 years. I am still currently driving it everyday, but I need something thats better for the family. From what I know from the previous owner, this is an old Helms Bakery truck. It gets lots of attention and comments from people that remember Helms. Motor is an early 80s 350 V8 with a 700r4 trans. Transmission shifts nice and firm. Truck starts right up everyday. Power steering, power brakes. Here is what I have done/replaced in the last 3 years: New 140 amp alternator new gas tank new plugs, wires new thermostat and housing new waterpump HEI distributor new fuel pressure regulator new fuel pump new brake master new brake booster new brake shoes new brake cylinder and hardware several new brake hard lines all new ball joints and tie rods Classic industries lowering springs new rear air shocks power steering conversion power brake conversion new tachometer new battery new mufflers newer exhaust manifolds new exhaust tubing Ford Taurus electric radiator fan Volvo fan controller new carpet front and rear New front bumper Drivers area was completely covered in sound deadener and heat barrier before new carpet was installed. Body is pretty straight for a 56 year old truck. I just took it camping a few months ago. Truck drives really well. Im sure there more to list, but thats all I can think of right now.
