And now I understand the title of this thread! A nice "chop" is hidden under all that kaleidoscope paint job that would normally stand out in any other color....................................................
Flash back's that put a smile on ones face, priceless !!!!!!. Don't ask me why, but the Windex sun roof is way Cool.
That will take you right back to the 73 Street Rod Nationals in Tulsa. First event I was ever a participant in and there were a few running around the fair grounds that were quite similar.
Well, for those that know me, I am really a car crazy guy that likes many different era and types of cars. I really dig the crazy paint years, and always wanted to build one, or a few. haha. The body is actually a littleman cast off for those old HAMB members will remember his "War Pig" build. He went a different (cooler) direction and I bought the coupe body from him.
yes, I chose the street rod chassis for the main reason of possibly selling the finished product, and the fact I have 3 daughters and was looking for drive ability, Another reason I was hesitant on putting it on here, I am the first to hate the look of 4 bar suspension....but most of this stuff is swap meet and it worked for my budget.
If you can remember the 70's, you probably weren't there. Personally, I love the vibe, Bravo Zulu, sir.
