hey guys, i didn't think the coil springs would be an issue when i put the 351c in but i imagine they are old and weak and not use to the weight of a 351c. what kind of coil spring should i use to get the front up so as it does not rub tires on fender when i turn and where is a good place to purchase. thank you.

Call Eaton in Michigan. They can recommend something that should work, and will swap it if it doesn't.

  4. Ford Granada 1975-80 coil springs for a V8 car with factory AC will work. I have done lots of conversions in those years of Fords with the Granada springs

Factory springs should be plenty strong.

    A 351c weights approximately 550 pounds, a '55 Ford Y-Block weights approximately 610 pounds
