    Looks killer.
Would go as far as changing the bullets in the grill to letters spelling out telstar?

I hate to say it but the front end rendering a bit back reminds me too much of the newer thunderbirds

years ago, when i sold my old shoebox kustom, i made the mistake of not removing the ultra rare jimmy jones needlenose bubble skirts...pretty sure i'll never be fortunate enough to own another set..,,,,,,i'm thinking of making a set of my own, using the same method he did,,,from a roof skin of a donor car that has the right compound curves,,,i made a set years ago, so i'm pretty confident i'll be able to pull it off,,,,,,updated my rendering to show the skirts on the car (my own design, based on the jimmy jones style)....the second and third pics show the actual skirts i let go....

    Love the skirts.
For those of us that grew up in the Detroit area Jimmy Jones skirts were also called "Inkster" skirts as that is where Jimmy Jones lived I believe.

Man this project is awesome.I get bored seeing the usual old cars they call customs when hardly any major mods have been done. Now what you are doing is what I call a real KUSTOM! Keep up the drive you have,it's way cool. We need more guys like you. I choppd the hell out of my 34 Airflow and grafted the front half to a back half 48 Chevy Fleetline with major mods to both, so I do appreciate seeing Kustom jobs like yours. Sorry to hear about your mom.

Hi! I wanted to know if you can tell me, with certainty, if the bezel tail light shoebox 49 50 is steel and therefore weldable? or metal pot..?
    thank you!
    ;)
