Technical Axle/Spindle Fitment Help, Please!!!!

  1. You want to try to keep the tie rod holes on the same plane while dropping them so the cross bar will fit under the wishbones and keeping the same distance from the backing plate (which means the same length on the cross bar).

    what is the least amount turning radius you should have of the spindle after the bend is done ?
     
  3. Hey @subneil56, I do know that the nuts for the kingpin bolt double as steering stops, so I think you would want the spindles to swing until they touch these nuts/stops.

    This is what I am doing. The tie rod hole in the steering arm is tapered from the bottom so had to taper it about half way through from the top I believe 7 degree.
