Here's a picture of a car we raced in the late '60's. AHRA record holder, ran out of Dick Harrell's Performance Center in the K.C. area.

Could the British Invasion picture be Indy? Lots of British gassers and lots of folks in the stands to be a divisional event.

I think the car behind Oddy might be Ralph Landolfi (or someone else running out of Jack Merkel's shop) and the Toxic car belongs to Vern Motes. All of them heavy hitters at the time.

That car runs as good as it looks.
You stomped my car with it pretty bad at the 2014 Meltdown Drags.
I thought it was very cool that you got on the brakes to make the race look like less of a blow-out to the fans. That was quick thinking, and showed a lot of class.:)

GREEN ANGLIA.jpg anglia-1.jpg I owned this car in the mid 80's. The original owner was Carol Schmidt ( now living in Colorado) First it was green, then changed to red and gold. I should have left it alone. Gary

I believe it was a flathead but I'll need to verify with my Dad.

The blue Austin is the Mighty Atlas car, not Oddy.
