  2. I'll be at SIM for sure, it's the SFCC Official Circle Jerk and Funky Chicken Dance Party, not to be missed. Not sure when I'm driving down. Might have to hit Atlanta before heading back up to Union.

Tony that's looking awesome. Nice work on the lettering. IMO, don't get too colourful, stick with the basic red and ivory, don't get too crazy with that teal, and avoid green all together (bad luck on a race car... and ugly).

  3. Don't have time to waste - and polishing wheels seems .......

I gave the door art guy a STACK of 1965 cars with cool lettering. Finally had to stand over him and it came out bitchin but its nothing like any of the pics from 1965 Car Craft ...... its done - it will fill a T-shirt well.

Door Art and all, it's fantastic, I love it:cool::cool::cool: And to the previous poster who suggested polihing those real magnesium wheels: Why cover up the fact that they are the "real deal"? And besides, Tony does the great majority of the work building/maintaining Q&D himself and there's only so many hours in the day:( Most of his fellow SFCC friends also have cars being built , changed, or just maintained, and all but me have full time job, and I'm old as the hills, plus I live 60 miles away

  12. Ah geez I don't know about that .....

No it wasn't photo shop. We were doing a SEG video in the garage and I wasn't paying attention. They did film him doing the painting which was cool - but after everyone left I stepped back and looked at it and went  WTF He was a little miffed but Kim made him lunch and he rubbed it off or out - and started over.

Man thanks! I have looked at so many pictures and sketches for so long I can't tell anymore  just need to get it running now .....

Got any local Dodge dealers, maybe they would like to buy some space on that fender? Really turned out nice!

Sporty looking. Easily readable. Good color contrast. Your lettering guy is a pro for sure.

  25. Perfect! You've built a real showpiece and I bet it will GO as good as it looks.

Looking forward to shooting this one!

Great job. It is hard to believe that you could make a 39 Dodge looks as great as you have. Cool car not only in looks but a 392 to boot.
