    Hello,
    To me, they look like the myriad of photographic lens filters I have from those old twin lens cameras or old 35 mm SLR cameras. The one black ring looks like a screw in shade ring for a single lens. Back in the early days, a skylight filter was used on most lenses. This prevented any grit, dust, mist or grime to get on and scratch the valuable lens surface. The dark filters were sometimes used in super bright days and for weird photo effects.
