History Dirt track racing from the 50's

I'm looking for pictures or information on the dirt tracks in and around Salina,KS from the mid to late 50's my dad raced back then and I'd like to see if there would be if any pictures of him racing or where to find pictures any help would be great.

 

There's a good website on Winfield, KS. I have no idea how far that is from Salina, I'm on the other side of the globe.

I have done some research through our local newspaper on our track here in Osborne, KS. Were 100 miles from Salina and started in 1953. What was your dads name?
