Shitty indoor pic sorry! We got dumped on with snow and if I push it out I can't get it back in by myself as I'm home alone, my wife and daughter are in Ontario for a funeral..I'm trying to survive a week on my own lol!

  10. For what you've been through, I'm amazed at what you have accomplished. I was wondering how you are doing, haven't seen any posts on FB recently. That colour is similar to what I have on my VW bug, nice.

Thanks, it's more fun to sit and stare at in one piece! Sometimes I just give up on FB for weeks...I just want to see cars and music mostly and I get sick of the rest of it...I won't post anymore pics of it on there , with impending disability crap in the future I don't want them equating me taking 10 hrs to do something I used to do in 2 hrs as feeling healthy, by questioning what I'm trying to do to keep what little sanity I have left!

  15. It's good you got that figured out early. Those insurance companies can be nasty. I'm grateful for the benefits, but had to put up a real fight. They will inevitably terminate you hoping you don't have the will to fight. Watch your back too, they send out private investigators, when they do they will not respect your privacy. Read everything you sign, they try to trip you up with changing the forms. Keep copies of everything, and document every phone call after you've hung up. Just sharing from personal experience.

You didn't have to paint the coupe my favorite color, but I'm glad you did. Looking good.

Thanks I appreciate the advice! I know what they are like , I'm sure the plan has already been formulated to get me working somewhere part time so I could be laid off and loose the benefits...no more doors open if I'm trying to do anything in the shop and I will cover the windows too ..maybe stick to puttering at night...I'm an introvert at best ( I keep to myself especially with how I'm feeling)so the thought of some douche bag spying on me at my own home already has me boiling over! Instead of waiting passively for the shit to start I'm going to go see a lawyer before it starts, as well I will be talking to a workers rights board on Tuesday..so not looking forward to this crap!

Your build was one of the first things I followed on the HAMB. I was amazed at what you were doing.

Just made it through the 81 pages. Great work and thank you for sharing! Just picked up a clean 48 coupe. Won't be doing all the amazing custom work you have done but there is so much on here that will help me get a big jump on my project!
