Customs Identify this wheel cover

Came across these on CL, the owner has no idea. I figured the experts here would be able to ID these.

Aftermarket.....not an OEM cover. Basic cone shape is similar to a '57 Plymouth cover, but without the little black checkering around the flange, and with flippers added.

They sure are cool.

 

Ray hit it. They were sold in the late 50's and early 60's I don't think they were ever very popular though. Not like the original Fury Cones that guys ran on just about everything.

 

$100 for 5 of them.

 

They may be aftermarket but for $100 bucks, they're still cool
