I've have a newfound respect for people who build headers! Got some work done on driver side. Actually liking how it's coming together! Going to need to order some more pipe bends or kit. [IMG][IMG]

Pain in the butt, but you have a real sense of accomplishment when they are finished. Get to do my second set for my Stude when the new bullet gets set between the rails. Looking good, it's alot of work but next to building the first engine, I probably enjoyed building the headers the most.

The car owner Tom K (the man on the right) said that we should take the 409 engine out of his 62 SS Impala and step on it a little and put it in the 62 Bel Air.
So...... this is my new used engine.

Jackson...as much as I would like to put you in your place (behind me) its going to be a real challenge to pull that off (get my car ready).
I have a bunch of work to do now.
Maybe I can just come and crew for you.

You know 'cause it WAS a very "average" one off, custom built, front engine, motorcycle wheel wearing, pie crust turning, supercharged, manual shifted, sling shot digger)! LOL Average car? Compared to what? Jackson you are way too humble my friend. Average Car?:D Can't wait to see it make a pass!

But we are close enough to start sitting pieces back in place, grinning our backsides off and making motor noises!:p
