My grandson is 3 1/2 and loves to go for rides in my 33 Chevy. He's out grown the car seat I've been using which had a 4 point harness as part of the seat. Do any of you use a child car seat that includes the 4 point harness or better as part of the seat that works for a child over 30 lbs? What brands do you guys recommend? Spring is coming and I know he'll want to go for a ride so I have to find a new seat that will work and keep him safe.
I was looking for a seat I could tie in with the lap belts in the car. I also have an eye bolt connected to the frame for the strap that comes off the back of the car seats. I'd feel safer if he had a four or five point harness.
