These are cool and well made by someone who wanted backup lights on the rear of their car. Probably made between 1930-1950, they are heavy steel plate with a threaded bolt welded with mounts for mounting to bumper brackets and a wingnut to tighten each one. They have a single wire which would connect to a flip or toggle switch. They weigh about 4.5 pounds for the pair. PRICE DROP TO $35
