Technical Anyone Know The Name Of This Hubcap???

i got this really neat aftermarket hubcap that i've never seen before. any clue what its called or who sold them?

Don't know the name...but I have one too. There were so many styles of custom hubcaps back in the late 50s to late 60s...itll make your head spin. Not super common...have only seen a few. It was probably an auto parts buy or Almquist or similar mail order deal...
