  1. I love the way the cowl lights, headlights and dashboard instruments have the same curly-cue design as the radiator shell on their bezels.

I don't know if it qualifies as yard art, but my spare parts do seem to look like some sort of an arrangement.

  21. Plowboys stuff has got me inspired.
Now I want to go make bugs and dinosaurs.
Since our Summer down heres finally decided to Grace us with some real sunshine, I've had the Hudson out.
Took this pic today. A shiny Hudson, crappy Cadillac. IMG_20170217_144019.jpg

  24. I reckon. It's starting to get to flash, lol.
Next up is building a wooden V block, to support two Holden six heads.
I'll paint the block black, so no one will know, and they will wonder how I got a Holden V12.
I'm also looking at some sort of pyrotechnic shit for the zoomies.
I lit little fires in each pipe last night, but it didn't have the effect I wanted. IMG_20170228_194706.jpg

    Hello,

After the recent deluge of rain here in So Cal, the old Fisher Price people, animals, and car came out for a visit. They visited the homemade, antique (antique =50 years...the wood was 60 years old ), bird house in the yard that I made back in 1977. This is the last remaining antique birdhouse left from that era of birdhouse construction designs. The rest, given to various family members, are now scattered all over the USA.

In this latest scenario, the old fireman is pretending that the two-seater car is his old ladder truck with him riding in the back. His granddaughter is pretending to be the front seat driver. The favorite, grandpa and grandma are overseeing the fun play with the local animals. The giant three part house has the center section for the grandparents (master on the main floor), and the two side units for the son/wife and the granddaughter has her own condo. (of course, overlooking the ocean) Those memories within the toy community exists! With all forms of old toys, scale did not matter when real play started.

(no kids were harmed in this display or pretend city) These antique birdhouses were safe to play with or have indoors as the peep hole was sealed up with a wooden plug painted black. That way it was never used as a real bird house, but just a display. It was a trick to watch real birds try to get inside for a visit, too, what a surprise... Also, they were made from the siding of old houses which were made of cedar or redwood, impervious to termites and bugs.

Old toys like old drag racing, just never gets old, even though we do…

  27. The V12 Holden is in the house!
I'm thinking I'll block off inlet and outlet holes on outside of heads, and have only the pipes on outside of heads, and make up some sort of valley manifold for carbs.

Me and my pinstriper mate were talking about making a fiberglass, or expanded foam blower last night. IMG_20170502_143643.jpg IMG_20170502_143746.jpg
